Our Organic Cornmeal Cookie with Honey is made entirely with wholesome organic cornmeal, and is sweetened entirely with pure organic honey, golden in colour, rich in important minerals, and a powerful antiseptic. Golden yellow cornmeal, sweet corn kernels ground to a flourlike powder, is a delicious alternative to wheat flour. We have opted for it instead of spelt flour to make this cookie suitable for people with wheat allergy. Corn is a good source of several nutrients including vitamin C and folic acid which is important in preventing heart disease.
