Our Organic Spelt Biscuit with Honey and Coconut is made entirely with organic wholemeal spelt flour, which retains all the precious nutritive qualities of this rediscovered ancient cereal grain, and is sweetened entirely with pure organic honey, golden in colour, rich in important minerals, and a powerful antiseptic. In this cookie we have mixed the spelt flour with delicious shredded organic coconut which is rich in protein, dietary fibre, as well as minerals such as iron, potassium, phosphorus and zinc. Coconut is an especially good source of energy, boosting endurance and physical performance.
