Webshop
You can purchase organic, natural, International and local Irish goods from our Webshop. We offer Webshop for different regions, please us the one that is tailored for your country.
Prices
Unlike at some of our competitors, the prices you see in our Webshop is the actual price you will pay.
All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge of €4.90 (See Section on Delivery).
Availability of products and substitutions
If for any reason some goods are out of stock or for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item we will not be liable to you.
If we cannot supply a particular item at a given time, we will get in touch with you on the email address you provide at the checkout and arrange a substitution or agree on a delivery time where we can provide you the original item.
Purchases
By completing and submitting the electronic order form on the site you are authorising Eden’s Original to charge the Debit or Credit card presented for payment for the full value of the goods and related service charges contained in your basket.
After a successful payment Eden’s Original prepares your order and dispatch the goods to you according to the delivery options you selected.
You are also authorising Eden’s Original to charge the Debit or Credit card presented for payment for the full value of the goods and related service charges contained in your basket.
You can pay by any Mastercard or Visa credit card, or with your PayPal account. Your credit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.
Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. A flat nationwide delivery charged is applied of €4.90. This charge is clearly displayed on both the delivery information link on our site and at point of checkout. Please note in each regional shop we only deliver to that region (e.g. in the Irish shop to Republic of Ireland, in the UK shop to UK mainland and Northern Ireland) Island of Ireland (both Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland). Deliveries will be made on behalf of the Eden’s Original by our third party logistic provider.
All accepted orders placed on a working day (Monday to Friday) before 2pm will be picked and set for dispatch on the same working day. These orders will arrive on the next business day. All orders placed after the cut off time of 2pm on a working day, will be picked and dispatched the next working day. These orders will arrive on the next business day. See chart below for ordering information. Orders planed anytime on a non-working day (Saturday and Sunday) will be picked and set for dispatch on a Monday to arrive with you Tuesday.

Certain bank holidays will affect delivery times of which you will be notified at checkout. Whilst we make every effort to deliver your goods at the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so due to circumstances beyond our control. Goods must be signed for and received by a person 18 years of age or older.
If the nominated place of delivery is unattended at the time delivery is attempted, the delivery person will leave a calling card with the driver’s phone number on it. It is your responsibility to call the driver and agreed a time for to reattempt delivery. There will be no charge incurred for a second attempted delivery. If there subsequent delivery attempts after the second attempt is not successful the customer will incur an additional delivery charge of €6.00. You will be responsible for the damage of perishable goods due to inability to deliver to an unattended address.
Faulty goods or Damage in Transit
In the unfortunate case of goods being faulty or damaged in transit, Eden’s Original offers the choice of either a replacement or a full refund including any postage costs incurred. To arrange the return, please contact us via

Returns
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return a non-perishable item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. Please contact us on . You will be required to return the goods, unopened and as new with a copy of your original invoice, via An Post Registered Post or by person to our Warehouse. Unfortunately, in those circumstances you will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the goods.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Cancellation and related charges
You can cancel your order anytime before finishing checkout. After that if you need to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email at and we will get in touch with you for confirming the cancellation.
Orders cancelled after the purchase will incur a €7.00 cancellation fee. If the cancellation happens before the dispatch time (see delivery times), we will reimburse you the original amount minus the cancellation fee. If the cancellation happens after the dispatch, on the top of the cancellation fee the delivery charge of €4.90 will be deducted too from the reimbursement.
Termination
We may terminate the Website with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. In addition, we, in our sole discretion, may terminate your Account for violation of the letter or spirit of these terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall we be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or the inability to use the Website, any changes to the Website, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received or for any of the above-mentioned damages that result from the use or inability to use the Products.
Modification of terms and conditions
We reserve the right to change the terms of use or policies regarding the use of the Website (including, in particular, those relating to price or availability) at any time and to notify you by posting an updated version of the terms of use on the Website.

Your privacy is important to us as a result we have a detailed privacy policy in place. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you indicate that you have read, understood and accepted our privacy policy.
General
These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and any disputes will be decided only by the Irish courts.
Relevant legislation governing these Terms & Conditions is the Sales of Goods (Supply of Services) Act, 1980, the Consumer Information Act, 1978, the Electronic Commerce Act, 2000, the EU Directive on Distance Selling, SI 207 of 2001 and SI 68 of 2003, the Data Protection (Amendment) Act, 2003 and the Copyright & Related Act, 2000.
Restrictions on rights to use content and Intellectual property
You may not with, without prior written permission given by Eden’s Original Ltd: (1) create a database if any form (including electronic or structured manual form) by downloading, copying and storing all or any of the contact. (2) Redistribute any of its content or supply it to other people. (3) Remove trademark or copyright notices from any copies of content. You acknowledge that content, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics or other material contained on this site is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws.
